Boudoir Questionnaire // This is my Jam! My super detailed and put your Boudoir babe at ease by letting her get all her thoughts out, learn what vibe she wants for the shoot with every descriptor words you could think of, info about what types of posing they’re interested in so you know in advance if they are feeling nervous talking about nudes! Space for Hair + Makeup, Sharing details…a HUGE reason why I’m able to share so much of my work is I know their preferences before the shoot. This is a game changer! You can go into the shoot knowing what you’re going to be able to share, get more BTS, shoot work for IG and boost the buzz behind your brand by actually being able to share your Boudoir work. This questionnaire is hands down my most helpful client item and REALLY helps clients feel heard and prepared for their shoot.

Branding Questionnaire // Depending on your clients industry and brand - you’re gonna approach the shoot in varying ways. Do they want more traditional headshots or are they looking for more lifestyle images or want to shoot with props and items from their specific industry. There is a ton of space to get to know your client and their need for the shoot in this questionnaire. You might not have calls with each branding client but this template is gonna give you a lot of info to get to know them and their brand.

Never used canva? It’s quite possibly the easiest and most intuitive design site you can use. When you purchase the templates, you’ll get a link that will take you directly to the page in canva. If you dont have an account you can sign up for free with your email.

Once you customize your client template, you’ll save as a PDF (super easy to do in canva) and then you can prep it how you’d like to get it to your client. I upload my documents to DocuSign and my clients fill out thru the site. You can create a template with the questionnaire and email directly to your clients. Boom. Done. ready to go - just need your clients email and you’re set. DocuSign also has an app that I use on my phone when I’m on shoots to bring up their doc on the go.

The template has prompts for you in spaces where I removed my words that wouldn’t make sense for your brand. The templates are 80% complete and then you add in your words in the areas that are applicable - fully guided with prompts to make it easy for you to complete.
